My work begins with something I find outside of the studio. The whole process of getting the object is what makes my work possible. Those random things fit together in a surprising way and through integration of them without intent, I hope to feel the breath of the new landscape.

Tetsu Takeda born in Kobe Japan 1961.He studied at Musashino Art University Tokyo.He lived and worked in NYC from 1986 to 2011. Currently He lives and works in Kanagawa, Japan.
